29/4/2020
To our valued patients and families, Following the latest advice from government and health authorities, North Adelaide Orthodontics has resumed taking in-clinic appointments again as of Wednesday 29 April.
While there are still some restrictions regarding the types of procedures we can perform, we can begin to see patients again and we will be in touch as soon as possible to schedule your appointment. We ask that you please bear with us at this time as we do our best to contact patients as quickly as we can.
Your health and safety and that of your families is our top priority, and we will continue to operate with additional measures in place to best protect you and our team members.
Our additional measures on top of already strict hygiene practices include:
Requesting patients who are unwell or have been in close contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case to reschedule their appointment
Requesting only patients to attend appointments unless they require a guardian in the case of a child
Requesting patients to sanitise their hands upon entry and exit of the clinic
Temperature testing patients on arrival
Regularly sanitising high-touch areas
Patients to use a 0.2% chlorhexidine mouthwash at the start of their appointment
Requesting patients to bring their own glasses to wear during their appointment or will be required to wear our sanitised/clean protective glasses worn previously by others
Encouraging the use of the EFTPOS machines to avoid any cash handling
Actively checking in on all team members to ensure they are healthy and well, and not been in contact with anyone with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case
If you have any questions or require an urgent appointment, please do not hesitate to contact us at (08) 8267 1117 or [email protected].
